सा. का. नि . 527( अ). - केंद्रीय सरकार , रेल संरक्षण बल अधिनियम , 1957 (1957 का 23 ) की धारा 21 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग :
करते हुए, रेल संरक्षण बल नियम , 1987 का और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है , अर्थात् :
1. (1 ) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम रेल संरक्षण बल ( संशोधन ) नियम , 2007 है ।

( 2 ) ये राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।
2. रेल संरक्षण बल नियम, 1987 में नियम 45 .1 के पश्चात् निम्नलिखित नियम 45.1क अंत : स्थापित किया जाएगा , अर्थात् :
" 45. क निरीक्षक ( बैंड मास्टर ), उपनिरीक्षक (बैंड मास्टर) , सहायक उप निरीक्षक (बैंड ), प्रधान कांस्टेबल (बैंड ), कांस्टेबल (बैंड ) के पदों
के लिए अर्हताएं , भर्ती की पद्धति , वर्गीकरण और वेतनमान आदि वे होंगे जो इन नियमों से उपाबद्ध अनुसूची 6 में विनिर्दिष्ट हैं । "

या आदेशों के अनुसार सरकारी सेवकों के ( 2 ) विशिष्ट संगीत वाद्य बजाने का
लिए साधारण अभ्यर्थियों की दशा में आयु

2 वर्ष का अनुभव , भूतपूर्व सैनिक
सीमा शिथिल करके 40 वर्ष और अनुसूचित जिनके पास सेना संगीत का
जाति / अनुसूचित जनजाति के अभ्यर्थियों की प्रमाण- पत्र है , उन्हें भी अनुमति
दशा में 45 वर्ष तक की जा सकती है ) । दी जाएगी ।
टिप्पण 1. - आयु सीमा अवधारित करने के शारीरिक माप : कद : 165 से. मी .
लिएनिर्णायक तारीख , अभ्यर्थियों से भारत सीना : न्यूनतम 80 सें . मी .
में आवेदन प्राप्त करने की अंतिम तारीख ( बिना फुलाए ) और न्यूनतम 85 सें. मी .
होगी ( न कि असम, मेघालय , अरूणाचल ( फुलाकर ) सीने में 5 सें . मी . का फुलाव
प्रदेश . मिजोरम , मणिपुर , नागालैण्ड , त्रिपुरा , अनिवार्य है । अ. जा ./ अ. ज. जा . समुदाय के
सिक्किम , जम्मू कश्मीर का लद्दाख मण्डल , अभ्यर्थियों को सीने में 3. 8 सें. मी . तथा कद
हिमाचल प्रदेश के लाहौल और स्पीति जिला में 5 सें . मी . माप की छूट होगी । अभ्यर्थी
तथा चम्बा जिले के पांगी उपमंडल के लिए को विहित शारीरिक दक्षता जांच अनिवार्य

G .S .R . 527 (E ). --- In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 2 1 ofthe Railway Protection Force Act 1957 (23 of
1957 ), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Railway Protection Force ( Band )
( recruitment and promotion ) Rules 1987, namely : - -
1. ( 1) These rulesmay be called the Railway Protection Force (Amendment) Rules 2007 .

(2 ) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette .
2. In the Railway Protection Force Rules, 1987 , after rule 45 .1, the following rule 15 . 1 A shall be inserted , namely : -- -

* .45 .1A . The qualifications, method of recruitments, classification and scale of pay etc., for the posts of Inspector
(Band Master). Sub - Inspector (Band Master ), (Assistant Sub - Inspector ( Band ). Head Constable ( Band ), Constable
(Band ) shallbe as specified in Schedule - VI annexed to these Rules . "

efficiency test and should have the stipulated medical
